Weeeeee!!

We recently purchased a play/swing set for Madison. I found it on Craig's list. I am completely addicted now!!! I keep thinking I'm going to find more deals!

Mark's brother Patrick came over last night to help set it up.

She had lots of Mark's tools strung throughout the yard. But hey, it kept her busy!

She really enjoys the swings. You really can't tell from this picture! I tried to get one of her saying "Weeeeeeee!!" with her grin from ear to ear. But it's kinda hard she is moving!

Our little peanut sure is spoiled.......I also found this playhouse on Monday at a resale shop. I couldn't resist!! All Mark had to say was......another thing to kill my grass!! So it's up on the deck for now!

Surprise!

I surprised Mark this weekend with a day to Hermann, MO. He bought me a gift card two Valentine's ago to a bed and breakfast there. We finally got around to using it! I surprised him at work on Friday around lunch and we headed out from there. We stopped at a couple of winery's along the way, relaxed and ate well. It was a great get away and stress reliever!!

Easter Fun!

We started off Easter fun by coloring some eggs Friday night. Mark was a little sceptical, but it went well! Not to much of a mess!!

She hated that the color was staining her hands. She couldn't figure out why it wasn't coming off.

Our final product. Since I can't ever remember coloring eggs, I was not aware you had to write on the egg before you dye them to "show" your message. There's always next year! It was a blonde moment!! Mark asked if I had read the directions. And I did. It was not in the directions!! Damn directions!


On Saturday we headed to my Dad and Wendy's.

I think Madison had had enough by then! I think I had as well!! Great Grandpa Dude couldn't even get a smile. She was out like a night before we even got out of Ste. Marie!!

It's all about the hair!

Madison is finally getting to the point where she will let us put her hair in a pony. She usually throughs a fit, but is getting better. I mentioned this at work and my fellow co-workers and they had to remind me who is boss! haha!!

Mark's Birthday Party

On Saturday I had a birthday party for Mark. The day went great and the weather held out. All in all, I would say it was a success!!
